We specialize in custom software development from idea to an end-product and a full cycle of outsourcing/ co-sourcing. 

ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION:

As a Sales Manager at Xplicity, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our current customers and using your sales skills to unlock opportunities to help us expand our customers base.

YOU WILL:

  • Take charge of sales project management;
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets;
  • Identify and target key market segments and customers in need of software development services;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Collect, analyse and evaluate the information, follow the trends in the software development sector;
  • Analyse and evaluate the results of sales activities in terms of monthly and yearly goals;
  • Participate in the budgeting process;
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the renewals.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in services;
  • Knowledge of IT products and services (is a plus);
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and customers’ needs (is a plus);
  • Ability to turn technical jargon into “human language” (is a plus);
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results-oriented and committed to achieving sales targets;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
  • Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English;
  • A sense of humor (because we believe that work should be fun, too!).

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary of 1500–2500 Eur + BONUSES. The final agreement on salary is based on skills and experience.
