Discussions – Leadership and Motivation, Perception of the Surroundings (philosophical lecture), Human Endeavour and importance of Team work: 9 months in Volvo Ocean Race experience based story.

Introducing: DoD, clean code, Git, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, Angular 6, real-time web applications with ASP.NET Core SignalR.

Excersising: Kendo training, wall climbing.

After two-week course, all participants had compulsory final exam, received certificates and feedbacks from team members.
