Xplicity’s free of charge, two-week annual Academy for developers is opening its doors to new registartions! This year, with even more lectures, seminars and practical exercises, students will have a chance to learn new technical skills and broaden their existing ones.

The Academy is free of charge, 2 weeks of length, intensive learning course that includes both: theoretical and practical software development lessons. It’s created to support the students in the IT related study programs by providing them with real life examples of the best coding practices.
The mission of the Academy is to provide an opportunity for motivated beginners to strengthen and gain practical knowledge in various technologies or help to re-qualify for those interested in the IT field. The Academy is designed to fit the needs of businesses and create talent that is on demand today and tomorrow.
The students of the C# Academy are challenged not only to write clean code but also to look for technical solutions that can be practically applied. Attendees are introduced to already existing products, created for Xplicity customers and used worldwide.
The number of participants is limited and only a relatively small group of most motivated applicants is selected to attend. Each year international partners – high tech companies, are invited to attend as well.
The Academy takes place in the first two weeks of August. Around 30 % of the program is built around social activities: workshops, team buildings, training; other 30% is based on a practical task and the last part is dedicated for technical lessons/ modules/ presentations.
The Academy’s space is lively, modern and full of great vibes. Our favorite way to stay upbeat in the office is to laugh; we believe that laughing every day makes you live longer, well maybe not longer, but it’s much more fun this way! You will be learning from pragmatic mentors, who possess experience in various business domains and are willing to share it.
